Family Time with Aamir Khan: Ganpati Bappa Morya!
So, Aamir bhai took a break from his busy, busy schedule to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with his family at his sister Nikhat’s home. Yup, you heard it right! Mamu jaan decided to spend some quality time with his loved ones, and guess what? He was caught on camera doing all the traditional rituals with full-on josh!
In the photos, Aamir is seen wearing a simple blue kurta and black pants, performing puja and participating in various rituals like a true sanskari beta. And of course, his youngest laadla, Azad Rao Khan, was also there, looking as adorable as ever in a pink kurta and white pyjama. Meanwhile, Nikhat, the elegant hostess, was glowing in a pink silk saree. Talk about a picture-perfect family moment!
And if you thought that was all, hold your horses! On Saturday, Aamir also attended the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at the Ambani house in Mumbai. Oh yes, the big league! He was accompanied by his sons Junaid Khan and Azad Rao Khan. Aamir sported a red kurta with denims, Junaid chose a mustard kurta with cream pyjama, and Azad, our little star, rocked a pink kurta and white pyjama. #FamilyGoals much?
Nikhat: The Woman Behind the Scenes
For those who don’t know, Nikhat is married to Santosh Hegde, the ex-CEO of a Pune-based pharmaceutical company. They met during a trip to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve (talk about filmi kahani!) and after a whirlwind romance, they tied the knot. The couple initially lived in Pune but moved to Mumbai after Santosh’s retirement. Oh, and did I mention? Nikhat even had a brief role in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan! Wah bhai, full-on multi-talented family!
Aamir’s Work Front: Sitaare Zameen Par
On the professional side, Mr. Perfectionist is busy with his home production Sitaare Zameen Par, directed by RS Prasanna. It’s a sports drama based on the 2018 Spanish film Champions. The movie stars Genelia Deshmukh (remember her?) in a crucial role and is expected to release on December 25. Aamir was last seen in Laal Singh Chadha alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan. Let’s just say, the film had mixed reviews and didn’t exactly set the box office on fire. But hey, Aamir bhai always bounces back, right?
