So, you know that feeling when you’re all set to make a grand re-entry, and someone just slams the door shut? Yep, that’s what happened to our beloved Adnan Sami. The maestro was all set to serenade us once again, but alas, Rajkummar Rao had other plans. 🎤❌
Let me spill the tea 🍵. After the ban on Pakistani artists, Adnan Sami has been MIA from the Bollywood scene. But whispers in the film corridors suggested that he was gearing up for a musical comeback with the upcoming flick "Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Vo Wala Video." Word on the street was that Adnan was going to lend his magical voice to a song picturized on Rajkummar Rao. Exciting, right? Well, hold your horses. 🐎
Turns out, Rajkummar wasn’t feeling the vibe. Picture this: Adnan records the song, the music duo Sachin-Jigar are thrilled, but when the final cut comes out, Rajkummar goes, “Nah, this ain’t working.” Apparently, Mr. Rao felt that Adnan’s high-pitched and unique vocal style didn’t match his suave look and lipsync. For those of you already counting down the days, "Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Vo Wala Video" is hitting the theaters on October 11th. Rajkummar Rao and the lovely Tripti Dimri are in the lead roles, and the trailer is already out. Directed by Raj Shaandilyaa with music by Sachin-Jigar, this one’s got all the right ingredients for a blockbuster. 🍿🎬
