Ahan Shetty’s Entourage Drama: Sajid Nadiadwala Hits the Pause Button on Sanki 😲🎬

Khabree Kiran Reporting:

The buzz around town is crazier than a Mumbai traffic jam! Our dear producer Sajid Nadiadwala has temporarily halted the shoot of Ahan Shetty’s upcoming flick, Sanki. And why, you ask? Well, ladka Ahan seems to have a bigger entourage than a baraat, and it’s costing Sajid a fortune! Talk about high maintenance! 😅

Apparently, Sajid had promised his buddy, Sunil Shetty, another chance for Ahan after his debut film Tadap tanked at the box office. So, Sajid signed Pooja Hegde (from his Housefull 4 days) to star opposite Ahan in Sanki, hoping to revive his career.

Is Sanki on Ice?

A source revealed, “Sajid felt obligated to his old friend Sunil Shetty to give Ahan another shot at success after Tadap flopped. Confident that Sanki would be Ahan’s ticket to stardom, he roped in Pooja Hegde to boost the film’s appeal.”

‘Business Sense Kahan Gaya?’

But here’s where it gets spicy! Sajid wasn’t getting the moolah he expected from satellite and digital rights. Even a bulk deal with Amazon Prime Video wasn’t enough to cover the costs. And then, the final blow – Ahan’s entourage costs! From hair to make-up, spot boys to personal chefs, the expenses billed to the production were sky-high. Sajid’s patience snapped faster than a papad in hot oil, and he threatened to pull the plug, stating the project made no business sense.

In comes Suniel Shetty, playing the papa card, pleading with Sajid to not abandon Sanki. He even offered to pitch in for the expenses. Now that’s what I call ‘pyaar aur parivaar’!

Tadap: Ahan’s Rollercoaster Debut

Ahan, the son of Suniel and Mana Shetty, debuted with Tadap alongside Tara Sutaria. The film, a remake of the Telugu hit RX 100, released in 2021 but failed to impress at the box office.

Kiran’s Gyan:
“Arre bhai, Bollywood mein success ka formula toh kisi ke paas nahi hai! But one thing’s for sure, if you’re going to have an entourage bigger than your talent, at least make sure your film is a superhit! Varna, producer ka dimaag bhi Sanki ban jayega!” 😜

So, folks, keep your popcorn ready and stay tuned for more juicy updates from your favorite Bollywood snoop, Khabree Kiran! Until next time, stay filmy and fabulous! ✨🎥
