So, Akshay Kumar decided to take a joyride without a helmet, and the internet trolls went wild. But wait, slow down your trolling engines! This was all part of a shoot for his upcoming film Sarfira. Akki, being the responsible chap he is, took to Instagram to wish his director Sudha Kongara a happy birthday with a video from their helmet-less bike ride.

"Happy Birthday, Sudha Kongara! I hope your day is filled with as much laughter as we had during this Sarfira ride while shooting. Wishing you a year as great as your directing skills," he wrote. And before the trolls could sharpen their pitchforks, he added, "PS: for those who enjoy trolling, this was just for the video during our shoot. Do wear a helmet when out on the road."
