Bollywood’s Current Chaos: Vivek Agnihotri Calls It a Desperate Race to Revive Old Flicks!

Arey bhai log, paise kamane wale Bollywood ke darwaze pe chidiya ro rahi hai! Yes, you heard it right! The ever-dramatic Vivek Agnihotri has once again taken to social media to give us the lowdown on Bollywood’s current situation, aur kya scene hai! 🎬

Vivek’s Bollywood Rant

Vivek Agnihotri, who is gearing up for the release of his film The Delhi Files – The Bengal Chapter, recently posted a rather fiery note on his X account. Kya kehna chahte hain Vivek bhai? "BOLLYWOOD IS FALLING — and it’s the best thing that could happen," he declares. Waah, kya optimism hai!

Agnihotri paints a pretty grim picture of Bollywood—kuch naya nahi, same purani kahani. According to him, the industry is in tatters, with a lack of fresh ideas, new producers, and innovative strategies. Bhai sahab, is industry mein passion ki jagah greed ne le li hai. The studios are dwindling down to a mere two or three, and those too have their own hidden agendas. 😒

Old Films and OTT: The New Reality

Vivek further spills the beans on the chakkar of old films being released with such vigour. Iska matlab, naye movies toh hai hi nahi! Directors who could’ve been game-changers have packed their bags and moved to OTT. Arre bhai, kaam dhanda toh chahiye na!

And then he takes a dig at the current crop of actors. According to Vivek, the 21-35 age group actors are more interested in Instagram than acting. Arey bhai, acting toh do din ki chandni hai, Instagram pe followers toh zindagi bhar ka saath hai!

Hoax Office, Not Box Office!

Vivek points out that if you dare to cast unknown, outsider actors, then forget about funding and distribution. Box office, once the holy grail, is now a "hoax office." Ab toh koi bhi figure chhap do, free tickets baant do, corporate bookings kar lo—sab chalta hai!

Film critics? Kya wo ab bhi zinda hain? Vivek says genuine critics and film magazines are a thing of the past. Har koi paisa de ke kuch bhi likhwa sakta hai. đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž

A New Beginning?

Vivek concludes with hope for a fresh start. "The mighty ones who created this corrupt chakravyuh are now playing the victims," he says. The monster they created is ready to gobble them up. Arre waah, kya dramatic hai yaar! He urges middle-class, small-town storytellers to step up. "This is your time," he proclaims. Aur agar nahi, toh Bollywood ka naam badal ke Instawood kar do! 😂

Vivek’s upcoming film The Delhi Files will explore the Hindu genocide, with a stellar cast including Mithun Chakraborty and Anupam Kher. Scheduled for release on August 15, 2025, it promises to be a hard-hitting affair.

Kiran’s Gyan

Yeh Bollywood hai, bhai! Yahan na koi aata hai, na koi jaata hai, bas sab kuch chalta rehta hai. In the end, chahe box office ho ya hoax office, sab kuch entertainment ke naam pe maaf hai! Aur yaad rahe, Bollywood mein kuch bhi ho sakta hai—except fresh ideas, woh toh Insta ke reels mein hi milenge! 😜
