Hollywood Bound: âKillâ Before It Even Hits Desi Screens!
Arre bhai, imagine this â a Bollywood movie getting a Hollywood remake even before it hits our Indian theatres! Yup, you read that right! Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainmentâs upcoming action thriller âKillâ is already making waves across the seven seas. And guess whoâs behind this Hollywood avatar? None other than the studio that gave us the legendary John Wick series, Lionsgate.
Cue dramatic background music: đ„ Chad Stahelski, the director who made us fall in love with Keanu Reeves all over again, has his production house 87Eleven Entertainment on board for the English-language version of âKillâ. Talk about setting the bar high, huh?
Lionsgateâs big boss Adam Fogelson couldnât stop gushing about âKillâ, calling it one of the wildest, most creative action films heâs seen recently. Chad Stahelski is all pumped up too. Heâs raving about Nikhil Nagesh Bhatâs action-packed sequences, and canât wait to bring them to a global audience. Chad, mere bhai, weâre just as excited as you are!
And whatâs this movie about? Picture this: a pair of commandos on a train to New Delhi, facing an army of bandits. Sounds like a rollercoaster ride of dhishoom-dhishoom, right?
The original producers â Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain â are over the moon. Theyâre thrilled to see their vision getting global recognition and canât wait for North American theatres to echo with chants of âKill! Kill! Kill!â And letâs not forget, this is their second collaboration after the critically acclaimed âThe Lunchboxâ.
Lakshya, the new kid on the block, stars alongside Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala. The film hits Indian theatres on July 5.
Kiranâs Gyan:
Bollywood ka asli maza tab aata hai jab Hollywood bhi hamare peeche bhagta hai! Ab dekhte hain, kya yeh âKillâ John Wick ko takkar de paayega?
