So, Diljit Dosanjhâs rocking the world with his Dil-Luminati tour, and itâs a total DHAMAKA! đ„ Imagine selling over a lakh tickets in just 15 minutes during pre-sales. Haan bhai, you heard it right! The man has made a whopping âč234 crore from his North America tour alone. Wah, kya baat hai, Diljit!
According to his manager, Sonali Singh, ticket resales were hitting the roof, with some going for âč54 lakhs and âč46 lakhs! And guess what? People were actually buying them! And thatâs not all; his fans in Abu Dhabi are going crazy too, waiting for their turn to see him perform live. đ
Diljitâs Abu Dhabi Craze:
The Abu Dhabi leg of Dil-Luminati tour sold around 30,000 tickets, which is a record for any Indian artist in that region. But what about us, yaar? Turns out, fans in India were left hanging, as most of the tickets for his concerts here were already sold out during pre-sales. Aur kya, the Gold (Phase 3) tickets priced at âč12,999 upwards vanished faster than garmi ke dinon mein ice cream! đŠ
Diljitâs Indian tour kicks off on October 26, 2024, at Delhiâs Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. After that, he will hit cities like Bangalore, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Pune, Guwahati, Indore, Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad. Kya baat hai, desi fans, brace yourselves!
From Netflix to Bollywood:
While Diljit is setting stages on fire globally, heâs also earning accolades for his role in the Netflix film Amar Singh Chamkila.
