A certain Mumbai broker, Rafiq Merchant, claims the couple has swindled him out of his rightful dues. Imagine that!

Rafiq, bless his heart, isn’t taking this lightly. He spilt all the beans, saying, "Two years ago, Divya and her husband wanted to buy a house for investment. I helped them snag a flat at Lodha Palace in Jogeshwari. They rented it out for about a year and a half, then decided to sell it. I found them a buyer, and the deal was sealed after several meetings. And now, they refuse to pay me my 1% brokerage fee!"
