Stree 2: Box Office Ka Baap!
Arre, kya baat hai! Since Stree 2 hit the screens on August 15, 2024, it’s been making big waves. Pehli baat, it raked in the highest-paid previews ever! In just 12 days, it’s already beaten the footfalls of Kalki 2898 AD in Hindi, making it the filmi king of 2024.
The pre-release buzz was like a Diwali mela, and it paid off in style. With a whopping 392,000 tickets sold on opening day, Stree 2 has been rocking the box office. This horror-comedy has been setting records left, right, and center, making Bollywood history every day.
Stree 2: 2024 Ka Footfalls King
In just 12 days, Stree 2 managed to sell a mind-boggling 2.06 crores tickets! Matlab, Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have hit the jackpot. The movie even left Kalki 2898 AD in the dust, which had a lifetime footfall of 1.56 crores. And with very little competition in the coming weeks, yeh toh bas shuruaat hai!
Fighter: Number 3 Pe Kyu?
Now, let’s talk about Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s Fighter, which is sitting pretty at the third spot with 1.17 crore admits. Pehle toh it had a dhamakedar start, but it seems to have slowed down. Ab dekhna yeh hai ki kya yeh log Stree 2 ko takkar de paayenge?
The big question is, will any upcoming Bollywood biggie beat Stree 2’s record? Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Singham Again, and Sitaare Zameen Pe are in the running. Time will tell, dosto!
