To Chamak or Not to Chamkila? đ€
While Paramvir was in the waiting room of destiny for Amar Singh Chamkila, director Rohit Jugraj swooped in with a golden offer for the lead role in the SonyLIV web series, Chamak. Hereâs the kicker: Jugraj was so impressed with Cheemaâs past work that he didnât ask for a single audition. Now thatâs what I call a tashan wala offer! Cheema shared his excitement, saying, âThe SonyLIV team recommended me post the success of Tabbar. Rohit sir was like, âBas tu hi mera hero hai!â Of course, I chose Chamak over Chamkila.â

When Diljit was eventually locked in as Chamkila, Paramvir knew heâd made the right call. He confessed, âWhen I found out Diljit Dosanjh was playing Amar Singh Chamkila, I was like, âWah bhai, bach gaya!ââ đ
