He’s Dying to Crash Every Movie Marathon

Buckle up, Bollywood buffs! We’ve got a spicy scoop for you!

Guess who’s adding another shiny jewel to her already glittering crown? None other than Bebo herself, Kareena Kapoor Khan! 🥳 The multiplex moguls at PVRINOX Pictures have decided to throw a week-long film fest in her honor. Yes, folks, it’s a Kareena Kapoor Khan extravaganza to celebrate her 25 years in the industry. 🎬

Now, if you’re picturing Kareena in some glamorous black ensemble, grinning ear-to-ear, you’re bang on. When quizzed about hubby Saif Ali Khan’s reaction to this splendid fest, Kareena couldn’t help but beam, “He was extremely happy. He wants to come and watch all the movies. He’s excited to come. He loves to come to PVR and watch movies. He watches most films on Fridays. So, when I told him about this, he was very excited. He wants to watch Omkara and Asoka, for sure.”

Oh, Saifu, you movie buff! 🍿🎥

And wait for it, Bebo drops this nugget of wisdom, “I am just happy that people will get to watch these movies. I feel excited, honored and everything. You know, I am still gonna figure out what’s gonna happen in the next 25 years. That’s the scary part.”

Scary? More like fabulous, darling! 😎✨

This cinematic celebration, dubbed "PVRINOX celebrates 25 Years of Kareena Kapoor Khan Festival," will be lighting up 30 cinema halls across 15 cities from September 20 to September 27. Kareena herself took to Instagram to share this thrilling news, pouring her heart out in a post: “The blood in my veins, the magic on screen… my job I love… the fire within… here’s to the next 25. Thank you to @pvrcinemasofficial & @inoxmovies for curating this beautiful festival… so humbled.” And here’s the link for your stalking pleasure:

Kareena shared her excitement in an earlier statement, “I am honoured and look forward to the film festival curated by PVR INOX. It is exciting to think that through the film festival people of all generations will get to experience these amazing films, and I can relive the memories tied to these wonderful films. I’m eagerly looking forward to the audience’s reaction to the film festival.”

And just in case you missed it, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in The Buckingham Murders by Hansal Mehta. The film hit theatres last week and, well, it’s been getting mixed reviews. But hey, even the Queen has her off days, right? 👑
