Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s Nadaaniyan Dialogue Drama Gets the GenZ Eye Roll: ‘Pure Torture!’ | Bollywood

Arre bhai sahab, kya khabar hai aaj! Bollywood has once again served us a platter of masala with a side of cringe. Enter stage left: Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor in their latest flick, Nadaaniyan. While the star kids took their first steps into the filmi duniya, it seems like the dialogues tripped and fell flat on their faces! 😂

Reddit’s Roast Session on Nadaaniyan

In the world of Reddit, where junta doesn’t hold back, the dialogues of Nadaaniyan have been declared a no-fly zone. One brave Reddit user posted a screenshot featuring Khushi Kapoor saying, "I feel a lot of things, Arjun. I am not an AI robot, you know!" The caption? "The dialogue writers can’t be serious right now." Sach mein yaar, could they be any more out of touch? 😅

Another Redditor chimed in with a gem: "If you’re making a movie for a Gen Z audience, you should hire a Gen Z dialogue writer." Oye! Seedhi baat, no bakwas! And just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, someone commented, "In an attempt to connect with Gen Z, they have used the word ‘AI’ multiple times in the film… can’t get cringier than this."

But wait, there’s more! Someone even compared the movie to Gen Z skibidi slang, saying, "This is torture." Ouch! Isse kehte hain, asli jale pe namak chhidakna! 🤦‍♀️

Star Kids’ Acting: Hit or Miss?

While the dialogues have faced the wrath of the aam janta, Khushi and Ibrahim’s acting skills haven’t been spared either. One user remarked, "Hate-watched this movie today, and OMG, Khushi is so cringe T_T it physically hurts. Loved her outfits, though." Meanwhile, our naya nawab Ibrahim was noted for his looks but, alas, not for his acting chops. Kya karein, hotness ka certificate toh mil gaya, lekin acting ka degree baaki hai! 😜

Nadaaniyan: The Plot Thickens

Directed by Shauna Gautam and backed by none other than Karan Johar, Nadaaniyan tries to spin a tale of love and misunderstandings. Alongside Khushi and Ibrahim, the film stars Jugal Hansraj, Dia Mirza, Suniel Shetty, and Mahima Chaudhary. The story revolves around Pia, a rich girl with a heart of gold, who ropes in Arjun, the career-driven newbie, to play her boyfriend. All this drama unfolds on our very own Netflix. Kya yaar, Netflix pe bhi yeh sab dekhna padega!

Kiran’s Gyan

Bollywood ka Asli Masala: In the end, it’s all about that filmy tadka! If Gen Z wants dialogues that don’t sound like their parents trying to be cool, maybe it’s time for writers to update their playlists and vocabulary. Nahi toh, audience bolegi – ‘Bas karo yaar, aur kitna satayoge!’ 🙈
