Oh Bollywood, where drama isn’t confined to the silver screen! Jacqueline Fernandez finds herself in the middle of a real-life saga as her mom, Kim, is hospitalised in Mumbai. Let’s dive into the filmy kahani (story) with yours truly, Khabree Kiran, your Bollywood insider with an extra dose of masala! 🍿✨
Jacqueline Fernandez to Skip IPL Ceremony
Arre, kya zamana aa gaya hai (what times have come) when celebs have to juggle between the spotlight and family emergencies! Jacqueline was supposed to dazzle us at the IPL ceremony in Guwahati tomorrow, but alas, life had other plans. Poor thing was spotted outside a Mumbai hospital on Monday, tending to her mother, who is still in the ICU after a heart stroke.
A little birdie told me, "Jacqueline’s mom is still in the ICU, and the family is waiting with bated breath for updates from the doctors. Obviously, Jacqueline has decided to be by her mom’s side." So, no IPL dance-off this time, folks!
But wait, there’s more! Our beloved Salman Khan made his grand entry to the hospital to lend a shoulder of support. Bhai ho toh aisa! (That’s how a brother should be!)
Recent Work
Now, let’s talk about Jacqueline’s professional avatar, shall we? Just last year, she graced us with her presence in the Sonu Sood-directed Fateh. The reviews, unfortunately, were as lukewarm as last night’s chai. She also grooved in the music video Yimmy Yimmy alongside Shreya Ghoshal and Tayc.
Currently, she’s shooting for Welcome to the Jungle and Housefull 5. And, hold onto your seats, she’s venturing into the web show territory! She spilled the beans saying, "I’m really excited about it because it is my first show and it’s all about like dance and music. So that would be something new to the table this year." 🤩
Flashback to Stardom
Starting her Bollywood journey with Aladin in 2009, Jacqueline has ticked off biggies like Housefull 2, Murder 2, Kick, and Judwaa 2 from her filmi bucket list. Mrs. Serial Killer, anyone? She’s come a long way, no?
Kiran’s Gyan
In Bollywood, drama doesn’t take a day off, not even for the IPL! While Jacqueline skips the stage, remember, in filmi duniya (world), real-life kahaniyaan (stories) sometimes steal the spotlight. 🌟❤️
