Gone are the days when Bollywood and South cinema were at loggerheads. Aajkal toh Indian cinema is making waves like never before. RRR, Brahmastra, Animal, Jawan—these films have brought the best of both worlds together. Lekin kya aapko pata hai? Salman Bhai ne is blockbuster success ko pehle hi dekh liya tha! Chal, let’s rewind and get into this juicy throwback.

South ki content-driven films like Kantara, Pushpa, and KGF have taken the mainstream by storm. Post-pandemic, cine-goers started trusting these films more than our Bollywood biggies like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, or Akshay Kumar. Ab toh sab mil julke kaam kar rahein hain, and fans are loving this jodi!

Jawan (2023) is breaking records left, right, center! South’s ace director Atlee teamed up with Shah Rukh Khan and delivered a blockbuster. He even tried to get Thalapathy Vijay for a cameo, but alas, it didn’t work out. Par koi baat nahi, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, aur Sanjay Dutt ki entry ne toh waise hi dhamaka kar diya.

Aur bhai ne kaha tha toh socha hoga! Abhi Jawan director Atlee ke saath collaboration ki baatein chal rahi hain, especially after Allu Arjun backed out due to creative differences. Bhai ne pehle bhi Prabhudeva (Dabangg 3), Mohan Raja (Godfather), aur Priyadarshan (Kyon Ki) ke saath kaam kiya hai.
