Arre bhai, Ganapati Bappa Morya! The Kapoor khandaan celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in full swing this year, and it was quite the family affair. As always, our insider, Khabree Kiran, is here to spill all the beans on this star filled event. Fasten your seat belts, doston!
Kapoor Khandaan Ki Ganesh Chaturthi
So, it was time for Ganesh Chaturthi, and the Kapoor family knows how to do it right. Randhir Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor with his adorable daughter Raha, Kareena Kapoor along with her little munchkins Taimur and Jeh—sab aaye Ganpati Bappa se ashirwad lene. Karisma Kapoor, the designated family photographer, shared some heart-warming snapshots on Instagram.
In the first pic, the Kapoor parivaar is all smiles for a group portrait. Ranbir, holding Raha, stands right behind Randhir Kapoor. Kareena, looking regal as ever, sat at one end holding Jeh. Kaafi cute sight tha!
Raha, Jeh, and Modaks
Next photo had little Raha gazing intently at something beyond the frame while sitting on Ranbir’s lap. Jeh, twinning with bade bhaiya Taimur in light blue kurtas, was flashing the biggest grin—like he just got a whole plate of modaks to himself. And speaking of modaks, Karisma’s final pic gave us a close-up of the delicious sweets offered to Ganpati Bappa. Caption? "Modaks and Memories." Wah, kya baat hai!
But wait, where was Alia Bhatt? Our dear Alia is busy promoting her new film "Jigra," releasing on October 11. Priorities, you know 🧐.
Ganpati Visarjan Ki Kahani
Just a few days earlier, Ranbir and his mom Neetu Kapoor were spotted performing Ganpati Visarjan near their home. Emotional moment tha, bhai. The mother-son duo prayed with folded hands as the idol was immersed. Pure sanskaar!
Ranbir’s Upcoming Projects
Ranbir fans, rejoice! He was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s "Animal," and he’s next going to be Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s "Ramayana." Imagine Ranbir in those mythological costumes! Opposite him, the talented Sai Pallavi will play Goddess Sita. And hold your breath, Ranbir is expected to start shooting for Sandeep’s "Animal Park" in 2025. Busy, busy!
