Ah, Bollywood – where drama doesn’t just stay on the silver screen! Your trusted snoop, Bollywood Newshound Nisha, is here to dish out today’s spicy scoop! 🍿
Katrina Kaif’s Surprise Gift: A Birthday Shoutout for Sharvari Wagh
You read that right! Our very own Katrina Kaif decided to play the fairy godmother for Sharvari Wagh, who’s glowing from the success of her latest flick, Munjya. The birthday girl turned 28 today, and Katrina took to Instagram Stories to share a picture of Sharvari in a yellow dress, captioned with a heartfelt (and slightly cheesy) message: “Happiest Birthday Sharvari Wagh! Have the bestest year and never stop being the last person on the dance floor.” Of course, she sprinkled in a dancing girl and a white heart emoji for that extra Bollywood flair. 🎉💃
And if you’re wondering what the fuss is all about, Sharvari nailed the role of Bela in Munjya, sharing the screen with Abhay Verma and Mona Singh. Pretty neat for someone who’s just 28, right?

What’s Next for Sharvari?
Hold onto your popcorn, folks! Sharvari Wagh is all set to star in Vedaa alongside John Abraham and Tamannaah Bhatia, slated for an August 15 release. Talk about a firecracker of a clash, with Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 and Akshay Kumar’s Khel Khel Mein hitting screens the same day. 🎆
Director Nikkhil Advani couldn’t resist chiming in with his own sugary message: “Happy birthday my dearest Vedaa. Here’s looking forward to a year where the world finds out what everyone in team Vedaa already knows. ‘Kar diya na… Knock out punch!!!’” To which Sharvari, ever the humble star, replied, “Thank you, Nikkhil sir, you are the best! Love ya.”
Katrina Kaif in all her glory
Sharvari’s Heartfelt Thanks
In a candid chat with ANI, Sharvari Wagh opened up about the outpouring of love for Munjya. “The amount of love that I have received from the audience is something that I have been waiting for many years. I am out of words to thank the audience that they are going to the theatres and giving immense love to the movie. When I saw the movie in theatres with my mother, she told me that she is proud of me and those words mattered to me a lot. I was overwhelmed on seeing the reaction of the audience after watching the film,” she gushed. Awww, isn’t that sweet? 🥺
Oh, and did I mention? Sharvari will also be starring alongside Alia Bhatt in a Yash Raj Films’ spy-verse movie. Keep your eyes peeled, folks!
Nisha’s Nutshell
So what’s the moral here, my dear Bollywood aficionados? It’s simple: In Bollywood, you’re only one Instagram story away from feeling like royalty. And if you’re lucky, you might even get a shoutout from a star!
Happy snooping, and remember to keep your popcorn handy! 🍿✨
