Leaps 123% Past Jawan but Still Needs 67 Crore to Unseat SRK!

Arre yaar! If there’s black magic in Bollywood, then Stree 2 must have pulled off some serious ‘kaala jaadu’ at the box office!

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 31

So, on the 31st day, September 14 (also known as the dreaded 5th Saturday for most films), Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s horror-comedy decided to jump higher than a cricket ball! With a massive 56% jump in its earnings, the film raked in somewhere between 5.20 to 5.50 crore, leaving us all gasping. The previous day, it made around 3.60 crore, so you do the math! 📈

Now, this takes the total collection to a mind-blowing 573 crore. Can you believe it? A film made on a budget of 60 crore has managed to pull this off. Wah bhai wah! Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is left looking at Stree 2’s tail lights.

Stree 2 Earns 123% Better Than Jawan!

On its 31st day, Stree 2 earned 123% more than Jawan, which managed to collect around 2.35 crore. But hold your horses! Stree 2 still needs another 67 crore to overtake Jawan’s lifetime collection of 640.42 crore. Baap re baap!

Misses Biggest Day 31

Ah, but there’s a little twist in this tale. Stree 2 narrowly missed out on the record for the biggest day 31 in Bollywood history, currently held by Vicky Kaushal’s Uri: The Surgical Strike with 5.66 crore. If Stree 2 manages to exceed the 5.20 – 5.50 crore range, it might just snatch that crown. Agar nahi hua, toh number 2 pe hi settle karna padega!

Kiran’s Gyan

Bollywood mein kuch bhi ho sakta hai, doston! One day you’re the king, the next you’re dethroned by a ‘stree’. Moral of the story: Always keep some ‘kaala jaadu’ up your sleeve!
