Ranveer Singh, our very own energy ball, is now happily married to the stunning Deepika Padukone. But rewind to the Band Baaja Baarat days, and you’ll remember the buzz about him and Anushka Sharma. Kya scene tha uss waqt, boss! 😂

These two first shared the screen in the 2010 rom-com "Band Baaja Baarat," which, by the way, was a hit despite its average box office numbers. Phir ek saal baad, they teamed up again for "Ladies vs Ricky Bahl."

In a candid chat with Simi Garewal, Anushka was asked why she wasn’t dating Ranveer. Aur jawab kya tha? "We can kill each other… I’m serious." Matlab, yeh ekdum khatarnak jodi thi! She admitted she found Ranveer attractive but firmly stated they were just friends.

She elaborated, "If we ever had to be in a relationship, we would want two different things from it. We see life in a very different way. He is very practical; I’m completely impractical. I like him, he’s attractive.”

Anushka also mentioned that dating an actor was too much drama for her. Although she never dated another Bollywood co-star, she did find love in the cricketing world with none other than Virat Kohli.
