Arre yaar, if you’re a Mirzapur fanatic like yours truly, you’ve probably been biting your nails waiting for Season 3! Well, hold onto your popcorn because I’ve got some juicy tidbits for you, straight from the gupshup corners of Bollywood.
Picture this: The star filled cast of Mirzapur, with Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Rasika Duggal, and our fierce divas Shweta Tripathi and Harshita Gaur, is all set to make a dhamakedaar return on July 5, 2024, on Prime Video. 😍
Shweta Tripathi Spills the Beans on Harshita Gaur
Shweta Tripathi, aka our beloved Golu, recently dropped a bombshell in an interview. She couldn’t stop gushing about her co-star Harshita Gaur, who plays Dimpy Pandit. Imagine this—Harshita was so committed to her role that she shot a challenging scene despite being unwell. Matlab, ladki ne jaan laga di!
Shweta reminisced, "You won’t believe it! Harshita and I were shooting this intense scene where Golu does her first kill. A cop barges into the hideout to nab Guddu, and I’m whacking him with a piece of glass. Golu ends up killing the cop, and Dimpy lets go of the guy who brought him. Poor Harshita was in no state to stand, let alone act. She had loose motions and an injured leg, but she kept texting our director, insisting, ‘Main aaungi, main body double se nahi karaungi.’"
Imagine that level of dedication! Shweta added, "And guess what? Harshita actually got hurt during the scene because she refused to use padding. Now that’s what I call commitment!" 🌟
Kiran’s Gyan
Bollywood mein dedication ki toh baat hi alag hai. Harshita’s commitment is a lesson for all of us—work like nobody’s watching and give it your all, kyunki asli hero wahi hai jo khud ko bhi double se na karaye!
