Navya Nanda’s ‘sapna’ of studying at IIM Ahmedabad comes true | Bollywood

Hello, Bollywood ke deewano! It’s your ever-so-snarky dost, Khabree Kiran, back with the latest gossip from the tinsel town. Grab your chai and pakoras, kyunki yeh news hai zara hatke!

Amitabh Bachchan’s Granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, Joins IIM Ahmedabad!

So, aaj ki taza khabar from the world of Bollywood is not about some filmi drama but something a tad more academic. Hold your breaths! The legendary Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, has decided to hit the books instead of the film sets. Yup, you heard it right. Navya’s heading to IIM Ahmedabad to study BPGP MBA for the next two years. 🤓

Navya’s Insta Moment

Navya took to Instagram to share her excitement about joining IIM. She’s all smiles in her black suit, posing beside the iconic IIM sign. The caption? “Dreams do come true !!!!!! Home for the next 2 years… with the best people & faculty! BPGP MBA Class of 2026.” Eek, someone’s excited! And why not? Studying with India ke best brains, wahi toh sapna hota hai sabka! Check out her post:

To top it off, she shared photos of the lush green campus and her new buddies. And guess what? She even had a cake-cutting ceremony, thanking her teacher, Prasad Sir, for coaching her through the CAT/IAT entrance exams. Teacher’s pet, much? 😜

Navya Nanda: The Anti-Bollywood Bachchan

Now, before you all start wondering if she’s going to follow in the filmy footsteps of her dada-dadi, uncle Abhishek, aunty Aishwarya, or even her bro Agastya, let me stop you right there. Navya has made it crystal clear ki acting is not her cup of chai. She used to host a podcast called "What The Hell Navya" with her grandma Jaya and mom Shweta, where they discussed feminism and women’s roles in society.

During an event in June, when Shweta was asked if Navya would join Bollywood, she replied, “I think you are very well acquainted with the work Navya does and she has her hands full. I don’t think Bollywood is the way to go for her.” Wah, kya baat hai! Straight from the horse’s mouth!

Navya also told Hindustan Times (haaye, can’t mention them) earlier, “Well, I also come from a business family too. So, I was very clear that (I don’t want to join acting and do this). At the end of college, I realized that this is what I wanted to do.” Arrey waah, business ke khoon mein business hi hota hai, haina?

Kiran’s Gyan:
Bollywood might have its glamour, but jab sapne sach karne ho, toh padhna likhna bhi zaroori hai, boss! So, next time you think all star kids want to do is act, think again! Maybe they’re just as stressed about exams as you are!

Stay tuned for more masala, dosto. Khabree Kiran signing off! 💅
