Hello, hello, hello, my Bollywood buffs! It’s your favourite snoop, Bollywood Newshound Nisha, back with the juiciest tinseltown gossip. Now, we all know that Bollywood is a world filled with glitz, glamour, and unfortunately, a whole lot of unwanted attention. Our divas, always in the limelight, often find themselves under the intrusive eye of the omnipresent paparazzi. And boy, are they getting tired of it!
The latest to join the chorus of displeasure is none other than the stunning Neha Sharma. Now, Neha is usually a darling with the press, but even she’s had enough of the inappropriate angles and invasion of privacy. Can you blame her? I mean, everyone has ‘bad hair days’, right?
When asked about this issue, Neha admitted that the constant scrutiny does get to her. But wait, there’s more. Neha isn’t just another pretty face – she understands the struggles and the grind of the paparazzi. She knows they’re just trying to make a living, standing under that merciless sun, hoping to capture that perfect shot.
In a candid chat with India Today, she said, “There are days when you don’t want to be seen, so you take a break, like I did recently. These are things you have to do to stay relevant. It’s important to be seen in today’s time. As for the angles, it does get distasteful. As a woman, you also lose your freedom to dress the way you want to. When you are in the public eye, you do have to be careful as sometimes things go out of line.”
Ain’t that the truth, Neha? But our girl doesn’t stop there. She goes on to add, “There’s another side when you talk to them (the camerapersons). Their livelihood depends on this as they are paid for doing it. They are running their family by taking these videos. They also have a hard time standing in the sun the whole day waiting for one photo. There are always two ways to look at things. So, when you introspect, you realize you are also supporting a family, and that’s really beautiful.”
On her work front, Neha was recently seen in the third season of Illegal. The series also stars Akshay Oberoi, Piyush Mishra, Ira Dubey, and Satyadeep Misra.
So, what’s the Moral of the Story, my Bollywood buffs? It’s simple. Even in the glamorous world of Bollywood, it’s all about balance. While our stars love the limelight, they also crave a bit of privacy. And the paparazzi? They’re just trying to make a living in a world that constantly demands more. It’s a crazy, beautiful, and yes, lopsided ecosystem that keeps the Bollywood wheel turning. Until the next scoop, stay fabulous!
