Priyanka’s Koala Connection
So, our global superstar Priyanka Chopra is busy shooting for her Hollywood pirate flick The Bluff in Australia. And guess what? She recently decided to take a little break and visit Paradise Country at the Gold Coast for a wildlife tour. Arre waah, kya baat hai! 🐨
Priyanka shared some adorable snaps and videos on her Instagram feed. In the first video, she’s seen with her pals, getting up close and personal with an 8-month-old baby koala. The twist? This little furball is named Priyanka, inspired by none other than our own PeeCee! Priyanka’s reaction? “Are you serious?” 😂 She thanked the official and posed for a picture with her namesake koala. How cute is that?
Our diva was rocking a dark grey t-shirt, light grey slackers, and a grey jacket, with a black cap, hair tied back, and dark sunglasses. Talk about style on a wildlife tour! She even had a meerkat standing on her head in one of the videos. Just imagine her laughing and posing with a meerkat on her head! She shared more pics and videos with a kangaroo, a Tasmanian devil, and a dingo. Looks like Priyanka was having a blast!
In her post, she wrote, “An 8-month-old koala joey named after me!! So sweet.. thank you @paradisecountrygc for the lovely surprise and for introducing us to the most amazing wildlife. Meerkats, koalas, kangaroos, Tasmanian devils and Dingos! Thank you for all the work you’re doing for wildlife conservation in Australia as well. Magical Sunday afternoon.” And of course, her hubby Nick Jonas couldn’t resist commenting, “You’re cute. (Heart eyes emoji).”
Priyanka’s Cinematic Adventures
Now, let’s talk business. Priyanka’s work calendar is packed with some high-profile projects. She’s all set to star in Heads of State alongside action icons John Cena and Idris Elba. That’s not all—she’s also headlining The Bluff, directed by Frank E Flowers, co-starring Karl Urban.
The Bluff takes us back to the 19th-century Caribbean, where Priyanka plays a former female pirate who must confront her past to protect her family. Produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO Studios and Amazon MGM Studios, this film promises to be a swashbuckling adventure!
