Humare pyaare Rajkummar ne Ranbir Kapoor ki latest film Animal par bhi apna opinion diya. "Animal dekhne ka experience mujhe bohot pasand aaya. Haan, kuch scenes se mujhe thodi si dikkat thi, lekin overall maza aaya. Ranbir Kapoor ka performance toh mind-blowing tha!" Rajkummar ne ye bhi bataya ki ek critic ne kaha tha, "Film ka naam Animal hai, Adarsh Purush nahi, kyunki director ek âanimalâ ki kahani dikhana chahta tha."

Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay ke 1917 ke novel par based, ye film Devdas Mukherjee (Shah Rukh Khan) ki kahani batati hai.
