In an interview with Galatta Plus, Nikkhil couldn’t stop showering praises on Bhai. Salman ne kiya Nikkhil ko rescue, right after he walked out of Dharma Productions. For those who missed the earlier chapter of this Bollywood kahaani, Nikkhil had a major fallout with KJo, leaving him jobless for three saal! 😱
Nikkhil Advani’s Salman Saga
So, Nikkhil babu, while narrating his exit from Dharma Productions, had some interesting tidbits to share. Suno suno, he revealed, “Salaam-e-Ishq was born out of arrogance. Logon ko lagta tha ki maine Kal Ho Naa Ho direct nahi kiya, toh maine socha, chalo main six love stories direct karke dikha doon. Ek Mani Ratnam type, ek Gulzar type, ek Karan Johar type, aur bhi kaafi types.” Wow, Nikkhil, that’s some serious overachiever vibes! 💪
But the real twist in the kahani came when Salman Bhai entered. "Salman prides himself on being the messiah of the industry," Nikkhil said. The moment he left Dharma, Salman called him, "Ab tu mere liye kaam karega, ek film mere liye banaega." And thus, Hero was born, all thanks to Bhai’s call. Hero aur Katti Batti toh big flops nikle, but hey, Nikkhil still appreciates Bhai’s support.
