Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’ Faces Harsh Criticism: Viewers Call It a Total Disaster

Arey bhaiyon aur behnon! Bollywood ki duniya mein kuch toh gadbad hai. Salman Bhai ke naye film ‘Sikandar’ ka haal sun ke aap bhi kahoge, "Arre yaar, kya tha yeh?" Toh chalo, Khabree Kiran ke saath lagao ek chakkar Bollywood ke naye hungame ka.

Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’ Gets a Cold Reception

Picture this: you walk into a theatre on Eid, hoping to see fireworks on screen, but instead, you leave with a "sar dukhne laga, chodho" (headache, forget it) kind of feeling. Moviegoers are scratching their heads, trying to piece together the jigsaw puzzle that is ‘Sikandar’. One confused viewer shared, "Kuch bhi samajh nahi aaya, start se end ho gaya par kuch samajh nahi aaya" (Nothing made sense; it started and ended without meaning). The film is being labeled as "gandi" (terrible) with a plot so elusive that it felt like a never-ending saga.

Public Reaction: Salman, Bhai, Kya Hua?

When it comes to acting, Salman Bhai, aapne to wahiyat daal diya (you’ve acted terribly)! One viewer dramatically declared, "Yeh sabse wahiyat movie thi life ki. Salman ki jo acting hai ekdum wahiyat hai" (This was the worst movie of my life. Salman’s acting was absolutely terrible). Another joker suggested, "Salman ne jaloos kata liya apna. Take Rahul Gandhi also in the film and it will be a hit" (Salman has embarrassed himself. Take Rahul Gandhi in the film, and it will be a hit). Bhai, log toh paisa vasool karne aaye the, but they’re leaving with a demand for refunds!

The Curious Case of ‘Sikandar’: What’s Going On?

Released on March 30, ‘Sikandar’ had a thanda (cold) opening with just ₹26 crore in its kitty, despite the festive boost. Compared to Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Chhaava’, which banked ₹31 crore on its debut, ‘Sikandar’ seems like a flat tire. Helmed by AR Murugadoss and powered by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film was supposed to be a masala entertainer, but alas, it’s more like bland dal without tadka. While the action scenes got a nod, the story is screaming for some soul and emotion.

Salman Bhai, during the trailer launch, had confidently stated, “Eid, Diwali, New Year, festive, non-festive, it’s the love of the people, and picture acchi ho ya buri ho, woh sau (₹100 crore) toh paar kara hi dete hain” (Whether the film is good or bad, it will at least earn ₹100 crore). Later, he even boasted about hitting the ₹200 crore mark, “₹100 crore bohot pehle ki baat hai” (₹100 crore is a thing of the past). But, Bhai, yeh kya hua? The audience seems to be missing from the theatres!

Kiran’s Gyan: Bollywood ki duniya mein, har cheez chalti hai except a boring film! 😂 If the story isn’t paisa vasool, even Salman Bhai ke sholay won’t light up the box office! Remember, Bollywood ka rule number one: keep the popcorn popping and the audience entertained! 🍿✨
