Apparently, Kothari invested a whopping ₹90 lakh in Shilpa and Raj’s company, Satyug Gold Pvt. Ltd. According to him, this investment was supposed to yield 5000 grams of 24-carat gold by 2019. But here we are in 2024, and guess what? No gold! Kothari says if Raj and Shilpa had kept their word, he would’ve been swimming in gold worth ₹2.75 crore by January 2020. Talk about fool’s gold!

Shilpa and Raj launched Satyug Gold Pvt. Ltd. back in 2014, promising investors that if they put in money at discounted rates, they’d get more gold than Midas himself. Kothari, trusting their glittering promises, invested ₹90 lakh for a sweet deal on gold. Fast forward to 2019, and Kothari’s pot of gold is still as empty as the promises made by Bollywood’s PR machinery.

The court has now instructed the police to investigate and file an FIR if the claims hold water. Well, Raj and Shilpa, looks like your golden days are turning a bit rusty!
