Actors Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal celebrated one month of marital bliss, and boy, did they do it in style! The duo just dropped some inside pics from their anniversary getaway and trust me, it’s total #CoupleGoals.

Arre bhai, honeymoon toh suna hai, but anniversarymoon? Sonakshi and Zaheer decided to spend their one-month milestone in the Philippines, doing what every overworked soul dreams of – recovering! On Instagram, they wrote, “We celebrated one month of our wedding by doing what we needed to do the most – RECOVER!!!” I mean, if you’re gonna celebrate, why not do it right?
In a heartfelt post, the couple shared their wellness journey, “In one week we were taught what wellness actually means, listen to our bodies and take care of our minds. Waking up in the midst of nature, eating right, sleeping on time, detox treatments, and massages galore – feeling brand new.”
They even gave a shoutout to their friends and the amazing staff at ‘The Farm at San Benito’ who made their stay so memorable. Sonakshi and Zaheer were seen cuddling in the pool, bingeing on some scrumptious food, and posing with the staff. Kyaa baat hai, yaar!

In case you missed it, Sonakshi and Zaheer didn’t just randomly decide to tie the knot. They were lovebirds for a few years before opting for an intimate wedding on the exact date they fell in love – how filmi! They shared, “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each others eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife.”
But of course, it wouldn’t be a Bollywood wedding without some drama! People couldn’t help but notice that Sonakshi’s brother Luv Sinha was MIA during the celebrations, even though her parents and another brother were present. And just to add a tadka, Zaheer spilt the beans in an interview with Galatta India about wanting to elope abroad. Thank God he didn’t, warna shaadi legal kaise hoti?
