Arre bhaiyya, kya aapko pata hai aaj kal Bollywood mein kya chal raha hai? If not, then you’re in for a treat! It’s your one and only Khabree Kiran here, ready to spill the beans on the latest drama in B-town! 😏
Sonam Kapoor Takes a Page from Keanu Reeves’ Book…Literally!
So, our very own fashionista Sonam Kapoor is back in the limelight, but not for her stunning outfits this time. Nope, she’s all about Keanu Reeves’ philosophical musings on death. Haan haan, you heard that right! Sonam recently reposted an interview clip of Keanu on her Instagram story, where the Hollywood star gets deep about life and mortality. The clip is from his chat with BBC News alongside his co-author China Miéville for their upcoming novel The Book of Elsewhere.
Keanu, who’s already a legend thanks to films like John Wick and The Matrix, is now venturing into the literary world. Aur bhai, kya baat kahi hai isne! “I think about death all the time,” he says, and no, he’s not being morbid. He believes that pondering over death actually makes us appreciate life more. Wah, kya philosophy hai! Sonam seems to have found this idea quite resonate-worthy, hence the Insta share.
Keanu’s Bollywood Fan Moment
Keanu’s got a lot going on. He is not just a movie star but now an author too. According to some global rankings, he’s the fourth-greatest actor of the 21st century and one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world. Matlab, ye toh asli superstar hai!
His book, co-authored with China Miéville, is a speculative fiction piece set in an alternate universe. The Book of Elsewhere dives into the life of an immortal warrior, exploring the themes of life and death in great detail. Keanu’s take on the heavy topic? “Hopefully it sensitizes to an appreciation of the breath we have and the relationships that we have the potential to have.” Arre, wah! Dil jeet liya, Keanu bhai!
‘Death is Good’ – Keanu’s Unpopular Opinion
In his BBC interview, Keanu threw everyone for a loop when he said, “Thinking about death is good.” The interviewer, probably trying to keep a straight face, noted Keanu still looks too young to be contemplating mortality. But Keanu, ever the philosopher, believes that this morbid thought can bring about a positive change in our lives. China Miéville chimed in, linking their novel’s themes to this existential chatter, “You can have a book that has these kind of you know, fun explosive sequences. But you can also quite seriously sort of talk about death and what that means to be human.”
Kiran’s Gyan: Jab Tak Hai Jaan…
So, doston, yeh tha aaj ka dose of Bollywood meets Hollywood philosophy! Moral of the story? Jab tak hai jaan, let’s appreciate every moment and relationship. Aur haan, if Keanu can think about death and still be this cool, maybe we can all afford a little introspection. Just don’t go overboard, okay? Zindagi ko zyada serious mat lo! 😉

So, agle baar aap apni life ke baare mein soch rahe ho, remember you’re not alone. Even Keanu Reeves is on the same boat. Bas, popcorn lekar beth jao aur life ka maze lo! 😜
