With the caption "India and its Pending Padma Awards," Sonu didn’t hold back as he questioned why legendary singers like Kishore Kumar and Mohammed Rafi haven’t received the recognition they deserve. As if channeling his inner Bollywood scriptwriter, Sonu passionately declared, "Two singers who have inspired the world are yet to receive their due. Mohammed Rafi, a Padma Shri and nothing more? And Kishore Kumar, not even that?" He continued his aria of concerns, mentioning the fabulous Alka Yagnik, the ever-enchanting Shreya Ghoshal, and the unique Sunidhi Chauhan, all of whom have yet to be awarded a Padma honor.
