Still on Top at BookMyShow This Tuesday, but Just 370 Tickets Ahead of Kalki 2898 AD!

Hello, my filmi fanatics! Your favorite Bollywood gossip queen, Khabree Kiran, is back to spill some hot chai on the latest box office tamasha. Hold onto your popcorn, kyunki yeh news hai full-on masaledar!

So, kya hai latest scene in tinsel town? Well, Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s film Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha finally got some dum! Despite opening to mixed reviews on August 2, 2024, this romantic drama has been struggling harder than my nani trying to learn TikTok. But Tuesday brought a twist in the tale—this film actually sold more tickets than the magnum opus Kalki 2898 AD! Yes, you heard that right! Scroll down for the latest box office updates!

Now, don’t get too excited, doston. The competition is still hotter than a summer day in Delhi. You’ve got Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan in Kalki 2898 AD, which has been ruling the box office for almost six weeks now. Add to that, minimal showings of Indian 2 and Sarfira (because, let’s face it, no one’s watching those), and Janhvi Kapoor’s Ulajh, which is getting reviews more mixed than a masala dosa.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha Box Office Collection

On Tuesday, Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s film raked in an estimated 0.90 crores, taking its 6-day total to 8.65 crores. Not exactly blockbuster material, but hey, every rupee counts, right? This is a slight dip from Monday’s 1 crore earnings. So, while Kalki 2898 AD is slowing down, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha seems to be picking up the pieces. Nishit Shaw reports that it sold 9530 tickets on day 5, becoming the #1 film on BookMyShow for the day.

Beats Kalki 2898 AD Ticket Sales

Now, let’s talk about Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD. It has been a juggernaut, but even the biggest elephants eventually tire. On its 41st day, it sold 9160 tickets—just 370 fewer admits compared to Devgn & Tabu’s flick. Matlab, barely a whisker’s difference, but enough for a victory dance! 💃🕺

Ulajh & Bad Newz Ticket Sales

When it comes to Ulajh, Janhvi Kapoor’s film might as well be called Uljhi Hui because it’s not doing great. It sold just 8030 tickets. And as for Bad Newz, released on July 19, 2024, it’s living up to its name with a mere 6720 admissions. Ouch! 😬

Note: Box office numbers are based on estimates and various sources. Numbers have not been independently verified by Koimoi.

Kiran’s Gyan: Bollywood ka funda simple hai, dosto—jo dikhta hai, woh bikta hai! Sometimes, all it takes is a little bit of luck and a whole lot of drama to turn the tide. So, keep your popcorn ready and your eyes glued for more twists and turns in this filmi duniya! 🎬✨

Stay tuned for more gossip, masala, and all things Bollywood!
