So, hamari dear Swara Bhasker, who tied the knot with politician Fahad Ahmad in a court marriage back in February 2023, has just shared her dil ke raaz. And boy, were they surprising! Swara and Fahad recently welcomed their baby girl on September 23, but let’s rewind to the time when shaadi ki baat was still in the air.
Imagine, Swara—yes, the one who never minces words—was actually scared! 🤯 In a recent chat on Couple of Things, she revealed that she had a bucket list of fears before making it official with Fahad. One of the biggest? "Mujhe Bollywood Diwali parties mein nahi bulayenge!" 😲
Kya bola Swara ne?
Swara openly admitted that she had major trust issues. "I did not trust myself at all. I always trusted the wrong people, who mostly let me down," she confessed. Aur age difference bhi tha. She was literally thinking, "Log kya kahenge?" Can you believe it? Swara Bhasker, the queen of not caring about log kya kahenge, was actually terrified! 😱

"Bollywood Diwali parties mein nahi bulayenge," she said, adding that she couldn’t understand why this fear was popping up in her head. "It was shocking for me because I don’t filter my words, I don’t care about other people’s reactions, I am quite a frank person. So that was very humbling for me. I told myself internally not to deny it. ‘It’s okay, you are feeling this, feel it.’”
Back to Reality: Swara and Fahad’s Shaadi
Well, Swara took the plunge and married Samajwadi Party leader Fahad Ahmad in February 2023. Aur phir kya tha? Full Bollywood style wedding functions—haldi, sangeet, and receptions! And just a month after the wedding, Swara announced her pregnancy and welcomed baby Raabiyaa in September 2023.
