So, Stree 2 has turned the box office into its personal playground, smashing even the most optimistic expectations into smithereens. The Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer has been on a money-collecting spree, joining the elite 300 crore club faster than you can say "Chudail aayi!" 😱
Day 5 Box Office Collection in India
Even on Rakshabandhan, the movie showed no signs of slowing down. The film has surpassed Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter, and it’s on its way to out-earn Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi). This means it’s set to become the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2024. Not bad for a movie about a supernatural chudail, huh?

Guess what? The movie is killing it overseas too! With 48 crore from international markets, it’s nearing the half-century mark. Combine that with its India gross of 286.03 crore (including taxes), and boom! You get a worldwide total of 334.03 crore. Wah bhai wah!
This makes Stree 2 the third film of the year to cross the 300 crore mark, and it’s all set to dethrone Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter from the #2 spot today. Hrithik bhai, better luck next time! 😂
