When Rishi Kapoor Threw Nepotism Back At Deepika & Sonam Over Their ‘Condom’ Comment On Ranbir: “Stop Snickering…”

Arre bhaiya, Bollywood ki duniya mein roz ek naye hungama hota hai! Aaj ka masala? The epic saga of Ranbir Kapoor, his ex-girlfriends, and the legendary Rishi Kapoor’s spicy comments!

So, Ranbir Kapoor has finally broken his silence on the infamous ‘casanova’ and ‘cheater’ tags pinned to him. And guess what? He addressed his relationships with "two very successful actresses" without naming names, but come on, we all know who he’s talking about! Yaad hai woh Koffee With Karan episode in 2010, jahan Sonam Kapoor aur Deepika Padukone ne hamare Ranbir baba pe taar ki barsaat kar di thi? Let’s take a walk down memory lane, doston!

Toh baat kuch aise thi ke, Sonam and Deepika were on the Koffee With Karan couch, and they didn’t hold back! Deepika, in her classic style, even quipped that she should send Ranbir a packet of condoms. Aur phir, all hell broke loose when Rishi Kapoor decided to jump into the fray to defend his laadla beta.

Old school Rishi ji, in his no-nonsense style, declared that both Deepika and Sonam were in Bollywood not because of their talent but due to nepotism. Aur unhone jo kaha, woh bhi sun lo: “I don’t want to get into fights involving my son’s friends. It just shows their (Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor) class. I would like to tell them to stop giggling all the time and instead grow up and behave maturely. They are there on the show because they are their father’s daughters and not because of their work! I would advise them to stop talking about their colleagues and running them down.”

Wah bhai wah, Rishi ji ne toh khul ke bol diya! He even advised the two divas to focus on their careers instead of washing their dirty laundry in public. Arre, itna drama, itna tamasha, Bollywood without controversy is like chai without adrak!

Aur phir kya, Deepika ji ne bhi jawab diya. She claimed that she’s good friends with both Ranbir and Sonam and as long as Ranbir is not mad at her, baaki sab ko bhaad mein jaane do! 😆

Interestingly, despite all the drama, Deepika and Ranbir continued to work together. The last movie they featured in together was Tamasha in 2015. Talk about professionalism, haan!
