So picture this, doston! Alia Bhatt, our B-town princess, is busy juggling her new mommy duties and promoting her next dhamakedar film, Jigra. And guess what? She’s spilling the beans on how mommy mode helped her say ‘yes’ to this film! 😲

During a candid chat with the dashing Jr NTR and our very own gossip king Karan Johar, Alia revealed that she signed Jigra right after giving birth to her little bundle of joy, Raha Kapoor. It seems that the protective mama bear instinct (or should I say tigress mode) was in full swing! 🐯

“When I signed Jigra, I was in my tigress mode! I was all ‘No one come near her!’,” Alia said. She’s convinced that destiny played a huge role in this. "Forget the fate of Jigra, the fact that it came to me at that time is… wow, what timing!" she added, with all the dramatic flair we love her for.

Motherhood: The Alia Transformation

Alia also opened up about how motherhood has changed her. “I don’t think I am the same person. Life now has more meaning, and actors can get really self-obsessed. But once Raha came along, it’s like, Alia who? It’s all Raha, Raha, Raha! Alia comes in and out!” she said, making us chuckle at how life can change in the blink of an eye.

She and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed baby Raha in November 2022, and since then, the couple has been spotted out and about with their little one, looking every bit the doting parents.
