Ok, so let’s talk about our beloved Tabu! Seriously, yaar, the woman is 52 and still single. Matlab, kya scene hai? Is it some ancient Bollywood curse or just a case of “Mujhe bas kaam se pyaar hai"? 🤔

Tabu, the queen of Bollywood, has had her fair share of pyaar-vyaar. Lekin, shaadi? That’s a different kahani. Look, she’s been linked with quite a few celebs—Sanjay Kapoor (remember Prem?), Sajid Nadiadwala (Jeet producer), and even the South Indian heartthrob Akkineni Nagarjuna. Haan, haan, rumors toh bahut saare the, but none of them managed to ring the wedding bells. Bichari Tabu, still rocking the single status at 52!

Ab suno, Tabu ji herself said, “Single hona koi bad thing thodi hai. Pehle stigma hota tha, par ab nahi. Tumhaari khushi sirf relationship status se nahi aati. Galat partner ke saath hona toh loneliness se bhi bura hai.” Wah, kya baat hai! Shayad, the right partner just hasn’t come along yet, at least not in the public eye.

She’s always been vocal about her singlehood, saying that relationships should liberate, not suffocate. “Man-woman relationship complicated cheez hai. Jab young hote hai, we know love. Fir badhte hai, naye experiences milte hai, independent ho jaate hai. Agar maine sab chhod diya hota, it would have been a disservice to myself.” Aisa kehna hai Tabu ka.

Aur haan, despite coming from a broken family, she’s never disrespected the institution of marriage. Dekho, Tusshar Kapoor, Karan Johar, Ektaa Kapoor sabne parenthood ko embrace kiya without marriage. Tabu, on the other hand, thinks about motherhood but not at the cost of her child’s happiness. “I don’t wish to deprive the child of both parents. Yes, kabhi kabhi motherhood ka desire zyada hota hai, but rational part mujhe rokta hai.” Sensible, right?

Tabu’s last few ventures? She was seen in ‘The Crew’ alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, and also in Vishal Bhardwaj’s spy thriller ‘Khufiya’.
