Zayed Khan Admits Regret Over Doing Too Many Multi-Starrers: ‘I Wasn’t Cut Out for Artistic Films’ | Bollywood

Hello, Bollywood ke deewano! Khabree Kiran here, bantering about our beloved B-town. Aaj ka gossip is as juicy as a ripe aam, all about Zayed Khan opening up his dil ka darwaza on career choices and regrets. So, sit back, grab your chai, and let’s dive into this filmy kissa.

Zayed Khan’s Career Confessions: Regrets, Multi-Starrers, and Lessons Learned!

Oh, Zayed Khan! The dude who made girls’ hearts flutter in Main Hoon Na is now spilling the beans on where he thinks his career went off the rails. In a candid chat with Zoom, our pyaara Zayed bared his soul about his filmi decisions and the path not taken. ☕️

What Zayed said

So, kya bola Zayed bhai? He admitted, “I took my stardom for granted and didn’t listen to a lot of people who advised me to do single-hero films." Ouch! Talk about a reality check. Zayed believes he should have showcased his ability to carry a film solo before jumping into the multi-starrer bandwagon. He confessed, “I wasn’t bred to do artistic films… I was a physical actor. I was so much into the action genre that big-ticket action movies always got the better of me.”

Multi-Starrers: A Double-Edged Sword

Zayed continued, “When many actors come together, budgets are justified to make them. Probably I went into that a little too soon. I should have built my brand before saying yes to those big-ticket films.” Arey bhai, hindsight toh 20/20 hota hai! He even mentioned his dad being quite miffed with him for his choices. “Jab ap thoda sa young hai, apka garam khoon aap sab jante hai,” he added with a wry smile. Aah, youth and its delusions!

He also shared that despite working with amazing people and being part of promising projects like ‘Blue’, things didn’t pan out as expected. “I really thought I knew it, how and what I was doing,” Zayed mused, reflecting on his younger days when he was high on josh and low on listening skills.

Mentors and Missed Opportunities

Zayed fondly remembered Farah Khan, calling her an amazing mentor who guided him during shoots. But alas, many films where he played the lead were shelved. Bollywood ke nakhre, kya bolu? 🤷‍♀️

Currently, Zayed is gearing up for his OTT debut with The Film That Never Was. Let’s hope this project gives him the spotlight he deserves!

Kiran’s Gyan

“In Bollywood, patience is like a Tanishq ka necklace – invaluable but rarely worn. Stardom is fickle, and sometimes, knowing when to say no is more important than grabbing every shiny offer. Zayed’s story is a reminder: Har hero ko apna waqt milta hai, par tab tak thoda samajhdaari se kaam lo bhai! 😜”

So, doston, that’s all from me today. Stay tuned for more masala, gupshup, and Bollywood ki kahaniyan, only here with your one and only – Khabree Kiran!
