Himesh Reshammiya, the musical maestro turned actor, is back with a bang! Well, sort of. His movie, Badass Ravikumar—a spin-off from his 2014 hit The Xposé—has been making waves, even if those waves are a bit chhoti-moti. Despite the film receiving reviews as mixed as Mumbai’s weather, it managed to rake in ₹2.75 crore on its first day. But by Saturday, those numbers took a nosedive to ₹1.99 crore. Mathematically challenged folks, that makes it a total of ₹4.74 crore over two days.
And here’s the twist, folks! Despite the dip, our Himesh bhai is still ahead of the romantic drama Loveyapa, featuring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor. This movie, a remake of the Tamil hit Love Today, only managed ₹1.16 crore on day two, bringing its total to ₹2.31 crore. Sorry, Loveyapa, but it looks like Badass Ravikumar is still doing a little bhangra on the charts!
