Sikandar Box Office Day 5: Bhai’s Magic Missing? 🤔
Arrey Salman bhai ke fans, kya ho raha hai? The much-awaited blockbuster Sikandar seems to be doing a slow and steady race at the box office, but not quite the kind we’d expect from a Salman Khan starrer. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, this one’s struggling to make some serious moolah. Let’s do a little gupshup on what’s really going down!
Box Office Ki Kahani
Chalo, let’s talk numbers. On Thursday, Sikandar managed to rake in approximately ₹5.07 crore, which pulls its five-day total to ₹89.32 crore. Thoda better than Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which made ₹82.15 crore in the same time, but still, we’re not jumping out of our seats yet. Fans, let’s face it, bhai hasn’t hit the ₹100 crore mark in India just yet, even though the worldwide gross is ₹158.5 crore. 😬
Despite high expectations (and why not? It’s Salman, yaar!!), the film’s single-digit earnings before the week’s end are raising eyebrows. One twist is its Sunday release, which means it missed out on that Friday-Saturday ka chamatkar. Chalo dekhte hain, what the first week will bring.
Sikandar Se Samvad
A.R. Murugadoss shared some dil ki baat before the film’s release. He revealed, “When you’re working with superstars, you can’t be 100% true to the script. You have to compromise for the audience and the fans.” Arre bhai, it’s a tough job keeping everyone happy, especially when you’re up against a corrupt politician and his spoilt brat in the storyline!
Kiran’s Gyan
Bollywood ka khel, bhai ke fanbase se badhkar! 😜 In this industry, sometimes, it’s not just about the star power but also about timing. Aur bhai, a Sunday release? Thoda risky tha na? But then again, as they say, “Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost!”
